We are seeking a committed person for Accounting & Office Management to join our team and actively support us.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing independent accounting (Datev) up to the annual financial statement, including UVA filings and annual statistics
• Billing with partner physicians and rental contract management
• Bank management: Transfers, cash control, fee notes
• Support for the practice management software ACETO (creation of new records for physicians, employees, items)
• Office & ordering management including price comparisons
• Interface to Tax advisor & payroll
• Shift schedule, hours & leave coordination
• Support for practice workflows and point of contact for physicians, employees and cooperation partners
• Organization of Bookings, conferences, mail & errands

Your profile

• Independent, structured way of working
• Hands-on mentality & strong organizational skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Safe handling of MS Office (Word, Excel) for creating reports, forms
• Friendly, professional demeanor
• Team spirit, professionalism, strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor

Our Medical Center consists of several physicians and therapists from different specialties. We have the latest and exclusively high-quality and effective technical equipment. The focus areas of "Medical Cosmetics" are acne, pigmentation spots, scars and skin rejuvenation. Treatments we offer include hydroabrasion, laser treatments, RF microneedling, acid peels, ultrasound treatments, Dermastamp, manual facial treatments and combination treatments.

We offer

a modern workplace in the heart of Vienna at the Stephansplatz subway station, and a professional, friendly and helpful team.
We are seeking support for 20-25 hrs. An increase in hours is planned. We offer a gross salary based on the collective agreement for employees at doctors in Vienna 1st year €2,057.00 (based on a 40-hour week), plus the statutory hazard allowance.
Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we are willing to pay a higher salary.

Your responsibilities

• Performing skin analyses, determining customer needs and creating conceptual treatment plans with defined goals
• Performing and documenting medical-cosmetic treatments: Hydrafacial, RF microneedling, acid peels, laser treatments, ultrasound or Dermastamp treatments, manual facial treatments
• Consultation and product sales
• Appointment scheduling, invoicing, organizational and administrative tasks
• Front desk duties, holiday cover, medical assistance

• Completed vocational training
• Self-confident and loyal personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good German and English skills
• Quick comprehension paired with independent, responsible and efficient working
