We offer

We offer a gross salary on the basis of KV employees with doctors in Vienna, occupational group B (ordination assistance) e.g. 1st year € 2,125 (based on 40 hours per week), plus the statutory risk allowance.

Depending on your professional experience and qualifications, we are prepared to make an additional overpayment.

Your tasks

• Assistance with patient treatments
• Assistance with surgical procedures
• Independent patient/customer counseling, education and support
• Appointment allocation, patient/customer administration, invoicing, organizational and administrative activities

Your profile

• Completed surgery assistant course, professional experience an advantage
• Confident and loyal personality with a hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of German and English
• Quick comprehension paired with independent, autonomous and economical action
• Professional competence, communication skills, ability to work in a team and enjoy varied work
• Very well-groomed appearance with a friendly demeanor

We have the latest and exclusively high-quality and effective technical equipment at our disposal. The focus of the "Medical Cosmetics" department is on acne, pigmentation, scars and skin rejuvenation. Treatments we offer include hydroabrasion, laser treatments, RF microneedling, acid peels, ultrasound treatments, dermastamp, manual facials and treatment combinations.

We offer

a modern workplace in the heart of Vienna near the Stephansplatz subway station, a professional, friendly and helpful team.
We are looking for support for 20-25 hours. An extension of hours is planned. We offer a gross salary of € 2,057.00 (based on 40 hours per week), plus the statutory risk allowance.
Depending on professional experience and qualifications, we are prepared to make a further overpayment.

Your tasks

• Carrying out skin analyses, determining customer needs and creating conceptual treatment plans with defined goals
• Carrying out and documenting medical cosmetic treatments: Hydrafacial, RF microneedling, acid peeling, laser treatments, ultrasound or dermstamp treatments, manual facials
• Consulting and product sales
• Appointments, invoicing, organizational and administrative activities
• Front desk duties, vacation replacements, medical assistance
