The Potenza microneedling treatment combines ultra-fine needles and radiofrequency (RF) energy to penetrate the top layer of the skin and stimulate the body's natural healing process, resulting in new collagen and elastin. Compared with other skin rejuvenation methods, Potenza is suitable for every skin type, any body area and any season. The treatment promotes firmer, younger-looking skin, combats blemishes and enables faster healing as well as deeper penetration of serums compared with conventional microneedling.

Treatment procedure Potenza™ radiofrequency (RF) microneedling
The treatment process of the Potenza™ radiofrequency (RF) microneedling procedure consists of several steps:
- Preparation: At the start of the treatment the area to be treated is cleansed to ensure the skin is free of impurities.
- Anesthesia: A mild numbing cream is applied to the treatment area to minimize possible pain or discomfort during the procedure.
- Treatment: The Potenza™ device uses 4 different attachments and ultra-fine needles that penetrate the top layer of skin and are heated using radiofrequency (RF) energy. This stimulates the body's natural healing process and promotes the production of collagen and elastin. With the first and only attachment Fusion Tip maximum results are achieved through improved topical tissue penetration.
- Post-treatment care: After the treatment the skin is treated with a soothing cream or mask to relieve any redness or irritation.
- Aftercare: The treated skin area may be red and/or swollen for up to 24 hours. Afterwards the skin appears rosier, plumper and fresher.
For optimal results it is recommended to undergo a total of 3 treatments at intervals of 4 to 6 weeks and to plan at least one maintenance treatment per year.

Radiofrequency microneedling combines fine microneedles with targeted radiofrequency energy. The needles create microfine channels in the skin, while the radiofrequency heat stimulates deeper skin layers. This triggers intensive collagen and elastin production – for visibly firmer, smoother skin with refined pores.
POTENZA is an advanced medical RF microneedling system that is significantly more effective than conventional microneedling. The additional radiofrequency energy tightens the skin at depth, improves elasticity and texture, and achieves faster, longer-lasting results.

The treatment is well tolerated thanks to a topical numbing cream applied beforehand. A mild warming sensation and pressure may occur.
Immediately after, the skin is slightly red and warm, similar to a sunburn. These reactions usually subside within 24–48 hours. Makeup can generally be applied again from the next day.
Initial improvements appear after one to two weeks. However, maximal new collagen formation takes 6–12 weeks, so results continue to improve and remain visible long-term.
For optimal results we generally recommend 3–4 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart. Depending on the skin condition, a single treatment can also produce noticeable improvements.

After cleansing and numbing the skin, the POTENZA handpiece is moved over the skin. The fine needles penetrate in a controlled manner and deliver radiofrequency energy. A soothing care product is applied after the treatment. The procedure takes approximately 30–60 minutes depending on the area.
