KARISMA is an innovative, biorevitalizing soft filler that regenerates the skin from within. It contains natural active ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, recombinant collagen and CMC (carboxymethylcellulose), which strengthen the skin's structure, stimulate collagen production and thus increase firmness, elasticity and smoothness — all without adding volume or creating rigid facial features.

The treatment is ideal for women and men who notice early signs of skin aging, fine lines, or loss of elasticity. It is also well tolerated by sensitive skin and can be applied to the face, neck, décolleté, and hands.

After an individual skin analysis, the Softfiller is evenly introduced into the skin with fine injections. The treatment takes about 20 to 30 minutes and requires no downtime – you can immediately resume social activities.

Thanks to very fine needles and a gentle injection technique, the treatment is hardly painful. If desired, a numbing cream can be applied beforehand.

Already after a few days the skin looks fresher and smoother. The full effect develops after about 3–4 weeks, when the skin has produced its new collagen. The result usually lasts up to 6 months or longer.

For optimal results, two treatments about 4 weeks apart are usually recommended. A touch-up every 6–8 months helps maintain a long-lasting rejuvenated complexion.

After the treatment, temporary mild redness, small swelling or minimal bruising may occur, which subside quickly. The Softfiller is biocompatible and resorbable, and is therefore very well tolerated.
