The labia correction

The operation is usually performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or, if desired, under twilight sedation. The goal is to reduce and shape the inner labia so that they harmonize with the outer appearance – without impairing their natural protective function. The incisions are made in such a way that subsequent scars are usually barely visible. We attach great importance to aesthetically demanding results with the least possible visible scarring. When performed professionally by our plastic surgeons, the sensitivity of the intimate area usually remains completely intact.

The procedure takes about 60–90 minutes.

After the operation

The stitches are self-dissolving, and healing is usually rapid. Everyday activities are possible again after just a few days, but sports and sexual intercourse should be avoided for approx. 4–6 weeks.
