Labiaplasty
The operation is usually performed on an outpatient basis under local anesthesia or, if desired, in twilight sleep. The aim is to reduce and shape the labia minora so that they blend in harmoniously with the external appearance - without impairing their natural protective function. The incisions are made in such a way that later scars are usually barely visible. We attach great importance to aesthetically pleasing results with scarring that is as inconspicuous as possible. When carried out professionally by our plastic surgeons, the sensitivity of the intimate area is usually completely preserved.
The procedure takes about 60-90 minutes.
After the operation
The stitches are self-dissolving and healing is usually quick. Everyday activities are possible again after just a few days, but sport and sexual intercourse should be avoided for approx. 4-6 weeks.
Cost of labiaplasty
*The exact cost of labiaplasty depends on the initial situation and the extent of the operation. In order to work out the right treatment concept for you, we would like to invite you to a detailed consultation with our plastic surgeons. An individual cost estimate will then be drawn up during this consultation.

FAQs
Labiaplasty is a surgical procedure to reduce the size or reshape the inner or outer labia. The goal is both to improve appearance and to alleviate functional discomfort.
Labiaplasty may be appropriate if:
enlarged inner labia are perceived as bothersome
Symptoms that occur during exercise, sitting, or sexual intercourse
There is friction or irritation
there is a desire for aesthetic harmony
The decision is made on a case-by-case basis during a confidential consultation.
The procedure is usually performed under local anesthesia or twilight sedation. Excess tissue is gently removed and the labia are reshaped. The surgery typically lasts about 60 to 90 minutes.
Thanks to the anesthesia, you will not feel any pain during the procedure. After the surgery, you may experience mild pain, swelling, or a feeling of tightness, all of which can be easily managed.
The initial healing phase lasts about 1 to 2 weeks. Swelling may persist for some time, but it will gradually subside. You should avoid exercise and sexual intercourse for several weeks.
Initial results are visible once the swelling has subsided. The final results will be apparent after a few weeks, once healing is complete.
The incisions are made in such a way that the scars are usually very inconspicuous and become barely visible over time.
As with any surgical procedure, risks such as swelling, bruising, infection, or wound healing complications may occur. These risks are minimized through careful technique and post-operative care.
When performed properly, care is taken to protect sensitive structures. Sensation generally remains unchanged.
After the procedure, you should:
Avoid physical exertion
practice good hygiene
Avoid tight clothing at first
follow the doctor's post-treatment instructions
The cost depends on the extent of the procedure and individual circumstances, and starts at €1,900 at JUVENIS.
You will receive the exact prices during a personal consultation, during which a customized cost estimate will be prepared.
In rare cases, where there is evidence of functional symptoms, partial coverage of costs may be possible. Costs are not covered for purely cosmetic procedures.
At JUVENIS, procedures are performed by experienced specialists in plastic and aesthetic surgery. Through empathetic consultation, modern techniques, and the utmost discretion, we strive to achieve natural, functional, and aesthetically pleasing results.
