Breast augmentation with lipofilling in Vienna
Lipofilling is a good alternative to breast implants. Asymmetries can be corrected by autologous fat transplantation and breasts that are too small can be gently and naturally enlarged. Fat tissue is taken from body areas with excess fat reserves and, after special processing, is placed into the breast where it is needed.

Lipofilling is a procedure in which the patient's own fat is harvested, processed, and then injected into the desired areas.. The goal is to build volume, improve contours and optimize skin quality – in a natural way.
First, fat tissue is removed from a suitable area of the body (e.g., abdomen or thighs). It is specially processed and then injected into the desired areas using fine cannulas. A portion of the fat cells becomes permanently established.
Lipofilling can be used, among other things, for:

The treatment is individually tailored to your wishes.
Because only the patient's own material is used, Lipofilling is particularly natural and well tolerated. There is no risk of allergic reactions. In addition, part of the injected fat may remain permanently.
The treatment is usually performed in local anesthesia or twilight sedation. After the fat is removed, the fat is processed and then injected into the desired areas. The duration depends on the extent of the treatment.
During the procedure you will generally not feel any pain due to the anesthesia. After the treatment, there may be slight swelling or feelings of tightness occur.
Some of the volume is visible immediately. Because some of the fat cells are broken down by the body, the final result becomes apparent after a few weeks to months.
