Psychiatry and psychotherapy in Vienna
Psychiatry and psychotherapy help to cope with difficult situations in life. Chronic stress, workplace challenges, high performance pressure, partner conflicts and multiple burdens often push us to the limits of our capacity.
To prevent overload or the development of mental disorders as early as possible and to improve quality of life, our mental health team offers counseling sessions as psychohygienic preventive care.
Treatments & Therapies
We are all often forced to exceed our own mental and physical limits in order to cope with everyday life. The consequences are varied: irritability, anxiety, sleep problems, difficulty relaxing, burnout, physical complaints (dizziness, skin problems or blood pressure fluctuations) up to the development of an addiction. At present, one in four of us experiences at least once in their life a serious mental crisis requiring specialist consultation.
JUVENIS supports you in dealing with such difficult situations. In conversation our highly qualified psychotherapists help with pending life questions and decisions. They also clarify whether physical complaints have psychological causes (hidden depression, multiple psychosomatic complaints) or whether there is a risk that relaxation- or pleasure-seeking behaviour could develop into an addiction.
