During this treatment, thousands of microscopically small injuries are created that activate the body's wound-healing process. During healing the skin produces collagen to naturally refill and smooth out wrinkles and scars. The skin also regenerates, improving the complexion. When microneedling is applied to the scalp, hair growth improves.
Radiant skin is trending for both women and men.

Microneedling treatment procedure with Dermastamp / Dermapen
After applying a superficially anesthetizing cream, a short exposure time and a subsequent thorough cleansing, micro-injuries are caused to the skin with our special microneedling devices, Dermapen or Dermastamp, using very fine needles – but only to an extent that induces collagen and elastin stimulation.
Working with the small needles now allows deeper penetration of applied substances, e.g. peptides, antioxidants or hyaluronic acid. Also Platelet-rich plasma can then be very well incorporated into the skin.
Clinical studies have shown that the uptake of active ingredients through the use of the pen or the stamp is up to 1000 times higher. In addition, compared with other methods the skin layer rebuilds itself.
After massaging in the respective substance, a soothing mask is applied and afterwards a care cream with a high sun protection factor.
Why is treatment with a Dermapen / Dermastamp so effective?
After the skin has been treated with the tiny needles of the Dermapen or Dermastamp, it is slightly reddened. This redness disappears after a short time. The crucial process, however, happens only in the time after the treatment beneath the skin's surface. Your skin is stimulated to produce more collagen on its own. A self-healing process is set in motion. This process can last several months.
This natural healing process is the real "magic" of treatment with a Dermastamp / Dermapen.
For effective treatment success we recommend 4 treatments at intervals of 4–6 weeks.

FAQs
In Dermapen microneedling, ultra-fine needles create tiny channels in the skin. These controlled micro-injuries stimulate the skin to produce new collagen and elastin. The result is a smoother, firmer and refined skin texture.
Microneedling is suitable for a variety of indications, including:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Pigmentation disorders
- Acne scars and other scars
- Enlarged pores
- Loss of elasticity, skin laxity
- Uneven skin texture
- Skin regeneration and glow
After cleansing, a numbing cream is applied. Afterwards, our medical aesthetician or physician guides the Dermapen over the areas to be treated. Depending on intensity, the treatment lasts approx. 20–40 minutes.
Thanks to the numbing cream, the treatment is very well tolerated. Some patients experience a slight tingling or pressure sensation, which is not unpleasant.
After the treatment the skin is slightly reddened, similar to a sunburn. The redness usually subsides within 24–48 hours. Mild peeling over the following days is normal and shows that the skin is renewing itself.
A fresh glow is often visible after just a few days. However, complete collagen regeneration takes several weeks. Visible, lasting improvements usually occur after 3–6 sessions, spaced 3–6 weeks apart.
For optimal results we recommend at least 3 treatments, and more for severe acne scars or deeper wrinkles. The exact number is determined individually.
Meso-microneedling is a mix of classic microneedling and mesotherapy – a combination of mechanical stimulation of the skin and targeted delivery of active ingredient cocktails.
This gives the skin two impulses at the same time:
- Microneedling: microchannels stimulate collagen & elastin
- Mesotherapy: active ingredients are delivered deep into the skin (e.g.: antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, coenzymes, bleaching agents, peptides, platelet-rich plasma)
The result is a very effective yet gentle regenerative treatment.
Besides redness, in rare cases mild swelling, small pinpoint bleeding or crusting may occur. With proper application, however, microneedling is a very safe treatment.
Costs depend on the treated area and the active ingredients used:

Since this is an aesthetic treatment, the costs are not covered by health insurance. You will receive an invoice for private billing.
