Dermapen/Dermaroller/Dermastamp - Microneedling treatment

Microneedling with Dermapen involves using micro-fine needles to create tiny channels in the skin. These controlled micro-injuries stimulate the skin to produce new collagen and elastin. The result is smoother, firmer, and more refined skin texture.

Microneedling is suitable for a variety of indications, including:

• Fine lines and wrinkles
• Pigment disorders
• Acne scars and other scars
• Enlarged pores
• Loss of elasticity, sagging skin
• Uneven skin texture
• Skin regeneration and glow

After cleansing, an anesthetic cream is applied. Our medical aesthetician or doctor then uses the Dermapen on the areas to be treated. Depending on the intensity, the treatment takes approximately 20–40 minutes.

The anesthetic cream makes the treatment very tolerable. Some patients feel a slight tingling or pressure sensation, but this is not unpleasant.

After treatment, the skin is slightly reddened, similar to sunburn. The redness usually subsides within 24–48 hours. Slight flaking in the following days is normal and indicates that the skin is renewing itself.

A fresh glow is often visible after just a few days. However, complete collagen regeneration takes several weeks. Visible, lasting improvements usually occur after 3–6 sessions, each spaced 3–6 weeks apart.

For optimal results, we recommend at least 3 treatments, or more in cases of severe acne scars or deeper wrinkles. The exact number of treatments will be determined on an individual basis.

Meso-microneedling is a combination of classic microneedling and mesotherapy—in other words, a combination of mechanical stimulation of the skin and targeted infusion of active ingredient cocktails.

This gives the skin two impulses at the same time:

• Microneedling: Microchannels stimulate collagen and elastin
• Mesotherapy: Active ingredients are transported deep into the skin (e.g., antioxidants, hyaluronic acid, coenzymes, bleaching agents, peptides, platelet-rich plasma).

The result is a highly effective yet gentle regenerative treatment.

In addition to redness, mild swelling, small pinpoint bleeding, or scabbing may occur in rare cases. However, when used properly, microneedling is a very safe treatment.

The cost depends on the area being treated and the active ingredients used:

• Dermapen/Dermastamp microneedling treatment for one area, such as the forehead, nose, or cheek, starting at €250
• Meso microneedling treatment for one area, such as the forehead, nose, or cheek, starting at €310
