Patients need a guide to find the right doctor for their individual needs. The Institute for Management and Economic Research has been measuring the popularity of Austrian doctors for more than 4 years based on patients' online communication. For this, around 1 million reviews of approximately 20,500 office-based doctors were used from a variety of online sources and platforms.

Only those doctors who can demonstrate the top rating in their specialties receive the awards.
