In summer, a sunscreen with a high sun protection factor should definitely be added to your daily skin care routine. The aim here is not only to prevent skin cancer, but also skin ageing.

Tips for healthy skin in summer from Dr. Tamara Kopp:

  • Apply sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (and keep renewing it)
  • Apply sun protection even in cloudy weather
  • Avoid the sun at midday and seek shade
  • Use sunscreen with protection against UVA and UVB radiation
