JUVENIS in Vienna is now offering CE-certified antibody test procedures (igG) for the SARS-CoV-2 virus, also known as the coronavirus. First, a blood sample must be taken. The antibody test for the coronavirus is then used to check whether antibodies against the SARS-CoV-2 virus have formed in the patient's blood.

It is currently assumed that patients with a corona infection have immunological protection against a new infection. However, it is still unclear how long this immunity lasts.

The antibody test for the corona virus is carried out at JUVENIS by the physicians Prof. Dr. Tamara Kopp, Dr. Tanja Pisec-Weihen and Dr. Daniela Themmer.
