It consists of a combination of recombinant procollagen from silk cocoons and non-cross-linked, large-molecule hyaluronic acid.

It is known for its biocompatibility and ability to promote the skin's natural ability to regenerate.

Treatment with Karisma involves injecting Rh collagen directly into the deeper dermis of the connective tissue, which improves elasticity and smoothes wrinkles. Two treatments are recommended, one month apart, and the effects can last between 6 and 12 months. A refresher treatment can be carried out after 4 months to maintain the effect.
