How does Botox work against frown lines?

Botox works by relaxing the muscles responsible for the formation of wrinkles. It blocks the nerve impulses that trigger the muscle contractions, preventing the wrinkles from deepening or forming at all. After the injection, it usually takes a few days for the full effect to set in and the results typically last for a few months.
