Mole removal with aesthetic finesse at JUVENIS

A bothersome or conspicuous mole can be distressing both medically and aesthetically. At JUVENIS in Vienna a mole removal was recently successfully carried out – with a particularly nice before-and-after result.

Before any removal, JUVENIS conducts a thorough dermatological examination. It is assessed whether the change is purely aesthetic or a medically relevant lesion. In this case it was a benign but cosmetically bothersome mole on the face.

The removal was performed by Dr. Tamara Kopp under local anesthesia. Depending on the findings, the mole is removed via surgical excision or – in suitable cases – using modern laser or shave techniques. The goal is always:

• complete removal of the skin lesion
• minimal scarring
• aesthetically harmonious skin appearance

A very nice result was already apparent shortly after the procedure. After the healing phase was completed, the scar is barely visible and blends harmoniously into the skin. The patient was extremely satisfied with the aesthetic outcome.
